FarmSource Buildings
Client: Livingstone Building – FarmSource
Location: Inglewood, Stratford, Waverley, and Okato, Taranaki
Graham Harris Ltd was contracted by Livingstone Building to undertake all civil works for the construction of new FarmSource buildings across multiple locations in Taranaki, including Inglewood, Stratford, Waverley, and Okato. This collaboration has flourished into a strong working relationship, where our team has consistently delivered high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key aspects of these projects included:
- Roading and site works to prepare each location for the construction of the FarmSource facilities. Our expertise ensured efficient earthmoving, grading, and site preparation to meet the demands of the build.
- Extensive concrete and kerbing work was completed to create durable surfaces for vehicle access, parking areas, and footpaths. We provided a variety of concrete finishes to ensure both functionality and aesthetics were met.
- The installation of drainage systems to manage stormwater and ensure proper water management across all building sites. This included the installation of underground drainage systems to prevent flooding and protect the infrastructure.
- Haulage services were provided to transport materials, including aggregate and topsoil, ensuring each site was ready for construction.
